Rich Krueger – CEO

As CEO of DynamicOps, Rich Krueger is responsible for its vision, strategic direction and day-to-day operations. Rich possesses a broad range of skill sets and strong entrepreneurial initiative. Prior to DynamicOps, Rich was the EVP of Business Development and International Sales at Incipient, a storage virtualization company. As a member of the founding team, Rich contributed in many ways including driving major sales, business development and marketing campaigns as well as leading the development effort to GA the initial release of Incipient’s product. Prior to Incipient, Rich served as Vice President of Business Development for LightSpeed Software (acquired by Astoria). Previously, Rich held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at Conley Corporation, which was acquired by EMC. Rich has also held several other operational, sales and marketing roles at EMC, Digital Equipment and Autodesk’s Discreet Logic division. Rich holds an M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering and an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He earned his B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Rutgers University.

Leslie Muller – CTO and Founder

As CTO, Leslie Muller is responsible for the company's technical strategy and product architecture. Leslie has over 18 years of commercial experience as an entrepreneur, developer, chief architect, and executive leader with deep systems management experience and a successful track record in definition and delivery of enterprise software products. Prior to founding DynamicOps, Leslie was Sr Technologist at Credit Suisse, responsible for defining IT virtualization strategy and coordinating deployment. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Leslie founded several successful startup companies including Configuresoft which provided enterprise configuration management and SeNTry which was purchased by NetIQ and is now part of Microsoft’s Operation Manager product. Leslie is intensely passionate about technology and has specialized for the past 10 years, in the application of leading edge technologies to solving of complex problems in the enterprise management domain.

Brett Johnson – VP Sales

As VP Sales, Brett is responsible for DynamicOps' sales execution in the marketplace, including the recruitment and leadership of a world-class sales organization and channel partner community. Brett most recently spent four years with PlateSpin software, a recognized pioneer in the virtualization marketplace that was sold to Novell in April 2008. At PlateSpin, Brett developed key channel, distribution and customer relationships for the company and managed the enterprise sales organization in North America. Prior to PlateSpin, Brett spent four years at Gomez, an application performance management vendor, again joining as one of the company’s initial key employees. Brett’s responsibilities at Gomez included the management of all global channel and OEM sales.  A successful small business owner previously in his career, Brett is highly entrepreneurial and greatly enjoys the challenge and excitement found in startup companies. Brett has a BA in economics and an MBA in Marketing and IT Management from the University of California, Irvine. 

Rich Bourdeau – VP Marketing

As VP of Product Marketing, Rich is responsible for developing and communicating DynamicOps' strategy and vision. Rich is responsible for all aspects of DynamicOps' marketing including product management, product marketing, public relations and marketing communications. Rich brings to DynamicOps over 20 years' experience developing, managing, and marketing IT infrastructure management solutions for enterprise companies. Prior to joining DynamicOps, Rich spent 4 years as VP of Product Management at Incipient, an emerging startup company in the storage virtualization market. In addition, Rich has held various product marketing and product management positions at EMC where he managed teams responsible for the company's ControlCenter storage and SAN management products. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Western New England College and brings a wealth of experience working at both startup and industry leading technology companies.

Bob Goldberg - VP of Finance and Operations

As VP of Finance and Operations, Bob is responsible for DynamicOps’ financial management, administration, human resources, and facility operations. Bob brings over 25 years of financial, administrative, and human resource experience, primarily with startup and emerging growth technology companies, as well as public companies. Prior to joining DynamicOps, Bob was a consultant providing senior level financial management and controller services to various venture backed companies that included Sicortex, Glasshouse Technologies, NTRU Cryptosystems, and Pantero Corporation . Previously Bob held a variety senior and mid level financial management positions at Dragon Systems, BBN, and Grumman Data Systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an MBA from Babson College.

Steve Shi - VP Engineering

As VP of Software Engineering at DynamicOps, Steve is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of the Software Engineering organization. Prior to joining DynamicOps, Steve spent 8 years managing software engineering teams for Sun Microsystems, StorageTek, and Storability, a venture-backed startup specializing in storage management software. He has consistently demonstrated his ability in constructing very high-performing engineering teams. While managing both an on-shore and off-shore engineering team at StorageTek, he also led a team of architects for the StorageTek Business Analytics Product, and helped guide the product to winning the prestigious Byte and Switch Big Byte Award in 2006. Steve holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Nichols College. He brings with him a proven record of success in building enterprise-scale applications.
